IT Manager

To ensure that our computer systems operate efficiently while adhering to requirements, specifications, budgets, and timeframes, we are seeking for an IT manager. The implementation and upkeep of our business’s computing requirements will be under your supervision.
The chosen candidate will have enhanced abilities, documented professional experience, and in-depth understanding of best practices in the business.

Responsibilities : 

Control computer and information systems.
Organize, plan, manage, and assess IT and electronic data activities.
Manage the IT personnel by hiring, developing, and coaching staff members, outlining job objectives, and evaluating their work.
Systems, policies, and procedures are designed, developed, put into action, and coordinated.
Ensure the safety of the backup systems, network, and data.
Act in a manner that is consistent with user needs and system capabilities to support organizational policy.
Determine problem areas and quickly put effective remedies into practice.
Audit systems and evaluate results.
Maintain resources, information security, and control systems.
Manage the annual budget and guarantee efficiency.

Requirements and Skills :

IT management experience that can be verified or other relevant experience.
Excellent understanding of information analysis, technical management, and computer hardware/software systems.
knowledge of data governance and data center management.
Practical knowledge of network administration, network installation, and computer networks.
capacity for people management.
BSc in MIS, Computer Science, or a related discipline
