Job Description…

We are seeking a driven junior accountant to oversee daily accounting duties and help the financial department. You will be a member of a group of experts who are trying to keep the company’s finances organized and transparent.
A significant portion of the junior accountant’s daily tasks involve creating financial statements and reporting. The ideal applicant will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, be at ease working with numbers, and pay close attention to details.
Contributing to the department’s overall effective functioning and assisting the business in fully understanding its financial situation are the objectives. In this manner, it can make wise choices and achieve sustained success.

Responsibilities:

Update accounts receivable, create invoices, and post and process journal entries to guarantee that all company activities are documented.
Perform reconciliations and update accounts payable.
Help in processing income statements, balance sheets, and other financial statements in accordance with company accounting and financial standards and legal requirements.
Help with the assigned review of payroll records, costs, etc.
To guarantee that information is correct and readily available when needed, update financial data in databases.
Create and submit reports on a weekly or monthly basis.
Help senior accountants with the weekly and annual closings
Help with additional accounting tasks.

Requirements and skills:

Excellent organizing skills and shown experience as a junior accountant.
Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with numbers and figures.
Strong knowledge of the concepts and procedures of accounting and financial reporting.
Outstanding proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with pertinent computer programs.
